The staff were very good and we were very relieved our cats would soon be better. The whole visit was straight forward and we were seen promptly and both we and our cats were treated kindly and patiently.
The reception area and treatment room were immaculately clean and we would recommend the practice.

I rang to say I was having difficulty with giving flea, and worm treatment to my cat.. Lady said no worries .We arranged date and time to bring him in .Emma was fantastic so patient with Ziggy as he was curled up in corner of his carrier scared .,slowing gaining his trust before attempting to lift him out . Emma was also happy to answer any questions ,giving tips and ideas. Hopefully he won't be so scared next time . Many thanks Jane 😀 and ziggy 🐈

Vert friendly staff, easy to talk to, looked after my 2 cats well, and booked for follow up appointments. Car park is a little small, was very busy when I went to collect them, several cars had blocked me in, did make exiting the car park a little tricky

Always greeted with a lovely smile by the staff on front desk. I feel like my pets are in good hands as they ask for your last name and the animals name. You are second fiddle and that's how I like it. Knowledgeable and skilful in their profession. I feel and know my Pomchi can be a handful, however they deal with her so well it's almost as if it's a different dog. Kind and gentle in what they do. Highly recommend this place.
