Used this vet for years under jamie winston was brilliant they looked after all my dogs now they cant even cut a dogs nails anymore absolute disgrace calling themselve professionals. Attached pic after his nails were clipped and the damage 2 weeks after. Absloute joke. Two weeks after he managed to snap his nail off quite badly really hurt him and bled lots . When i took him in there ignoring the fact they were cut 2/3 weeks ago by them no apologies wanting to muzzle my dog like he had attacked someone and looking to profit from something that they caused. Shadow of the service i have received there under jamie for years.

Very welcoming staff,most polite and engaging. Facility is very well set out, very clean and well maintained. The vet was so nice, costs and options for treatment were discussed honestly and in a straight forward manner. The staff are obviously animal lovers and it shows! I always dreaded going to the vet but these people make it a very pleasant experience.

They were brilliant and professional. Took my cat on as an emergency and helped her through a prolonged labour. Absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend this vet practice.

We got an appointment the same day we rang and luckily we did our dog was in need of an operation in the end she was seen and able to be gotten in to surgery, she was looked after by a great veterinary team
