There was a new nurse at the practice not seem before, I took a really nervous rescue cat who we have only had a few weeks, normally I can go in with them, this time I was asked to wait in the waiting area? My cat was returned to me and the bag placed on the floor and handed to me, not impressed by the service.

Falsely diagnosed elbow dysplasia by a new vet who didn’t know what she was doing. The panic and worry I went through with this and then I went to another medivet practise who also wrongly diagnosed my dog with a broken digit which also wasn’t the case completely moved vets and it was her shoulder I’ve paid for 2 X-rays and all the rest of the money it’s cost me they’re an awful company and only care about money! I’m so mad with this place the complaint handlers aren’t any better either just make you think you’re a liar.
