We just changed our vet to Medivet and yesterday we had a first visit for buster vacine and check up. The seevice we receive was reali good. The doctor was attentive and explaind everything patiently. We payed less than half price what we used to pay in our previous vet for the same thing. Really good sevice for reasionable price.

Took the boys Rocky and Kobe in for a weight check today and they were seen to by Charlotte who we’ve never seen before and the boys are usually very fussy and prefer Geoff but Charlotte was so good with them and gave us some e good advice too

The staff here vets, nurses reception and anyone else that works here is always so friendly and helpful and they really do take great care of your pet. Reasonably priced too

Glad and his team have been amazing with our cats including, most recently, an arrival of new kittens. They're always at the end of the phone to help with anything, any time of the day including weekends and bank holidays. Glad goes above and beyond and you can tell he really cares for his patients. We'll continue to place our full trust in him and his team for the care of our cats and kittens.

Caring compassionate vets, not the usual one in one out conveyor belt practice. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, We see Glad with our boy and he always takes time to listen, he always remembers too. You never feel like you are just customer, it's like you're part of a family.

We are leaving this review for Shona on reception who we cannot thank enough, not only for her professionalism when handling our call but also for her genuine care & understanding, helping immensely to take away/relieve the stress we were experiencing! May I also take this opportunity to praise a certain EXEMPLARY vet Mr Geoff Potts, Geoff is a "one IN A MILLION" he has helped heal, make many of our family pet's healthy again over possibly the last 15yrs plus.
