Tom was lovely. Very courteous and explained what procedures were needed and why. He was also very empathetic giving difficult news and gave us time to process. He was gentle and caring with my boy who went with him happily to have blood tests done. Strongly recommend him.

I rung the vets as my dog was quite poorly he picked up a bug un knowing to me that there was one doing the rounds I couldn't make a appointment as one of the vets had rung in sick and they had to re shuffle appointments the receptionist said she would ring back when they sorted the re shuffle and the lady did some day appointments came free and was very grateful as I got in seen the vet got the sick injection antibiotics for him and he's on his way to full a recovery
thank you very much for what the team did from start to finish

We saw Alice at your alfreton practice for a blood draw, after the previous vet was unsuccessful the day before. She was very professional, and very good at what she does.
We have a large german shepherd that was not keen on having a needle in him. I am sure people would generally find him intimidating in that situation. But she guided us through the best way to hold and position him. Our dog did not even flinch when the needle went in.
She was also very good at answering the queries I had, she's very knowledgeable.
She is very, very good. We will be requesting to see her in the future if we ever need to do a blood draw again.

Medivet is at another level . We were registered with another vets up the road called scarsdale vets who never checked my pets over nor filled in my puppy's vets card properly . You could never get an appointment and that's if they answered the phone . Made an appointment with medivet , arrived vet checked all three of my dogs over so we signed up too pets health care plan which is very reasonable . Vet was great , receptionist was great , venue great , car park great , 👍 👌 👏 5 stars and no they haven't paid for this review lol .
