I have never seen my little dog so relaxed it was a pleasure to bring her the vet was very good with her and she never made a sound when he injected her.

Have used the vets for years and been pleased with the service, when we had to have our friend Monty (choc lab ) put to sleep 14yrs 4mths old they were very helpful and sympathetic. Now we have our new pup Fluke (fox red lab) we look forward to many more years of excelent service.

Took my dog here recently for an emergency appointment and the service was fantastic. They got her in within hours, everywhere felt clean and the staff couldn't be faulted. 10/10!

Excellent service the staff at the front desk knowledgeable and helpful and the veterinary surgeon took time with my nervous German shepherd enabling her to fully examine him a first so I have now registered him with them as I saw them as an out of hours.

The staff at medivet are excellent, the reception staff and the vets are really helpful, the practice is clean and maintained, there is a large grassed area to walk round, I would highly recommend medivet

Been to vets alot over the last few months, every vet I saw has been really helpful. The nurses and receptionist are brilliant and have help me with appointments to suit me and putting insurance claims through straight to my company without hassle to me. Picture of my dachshund when she broke her claw, and had it removed, she's done really well and being treated. Definitely recommend this practice

I can honestly say that a few of the reception staff at this branch speak to customers in a really unprofessional manner. They could definitely benefit from some customer service training. I also didn’t receive any aftercare whatsoever. When working with animals, compassion and good customer service should be a priority. I will never return to this place. Shocking!
