AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TERRIBLE, They left me in tears quite literally: I was treated like a cash cow from the moment I walked in. No one in there had any intentions to save my cat. I had to take the lead to make a quick decision for a treatment and I have saved her life by doing so and choosing the right option (As simple as antibiotics, but thats cheap so they wanted me to think it was cancer and I needed a ÂŁ3000 test, yes 3 grand!). If I would have followed your advice: My cat would be dead now and I would have spent a further ÂŁ3000 as they asked me on the phone. If that was not bad enough: They charged me twice , leaving me with lack of cash flow and making me wait at least 14 days to receive a refund for the double charging. Horrible in every possible way!

I had a night visit on Sunday and paid 149 pounds for the visit. Then the specialist who processed the payment told me that she made a mistake and charged me 149 pounds instead of 134.1. But because I had a subscription, I should have been charged 10% less.
I was told that she could not make a refund but she would leave a notice to a specialized department to make a refund on Monday. I had no issues with that and the specialist was very nice and caring.
But when I called on Tuesday to check, if the refund was processed, I was told that the system showed that I never paid 149 and paid 134.1, what felt really frustrating. I was asked to write a detailed email with explanations and attach bank statements, and am waiting for a decision now... Which already feels frustrating cause it leaves an option open, that my refund will not be processed.
And this is really frustrating: first to be charged wrongly, and then to have to prove it and chase a refund. I don’t think it is a client related approach that I had to look for my bank statement , and not Medivet - Medivet could have looked at their fiscal cheque, but the labour of prove was postponed on me.

My dog had an allergic reaction so was seen as emergency. Although the practice was busy, she was seen quickly, I was given good advice & options. She was treated quickly & I left reassured. Excellent care.

Hi, booked into the clinic - emergency appointment on Friday evening as my dog ate grapes (didn’t know they can’t eat them). And mine wasn’t the only one with the same issue. She was seen straight away in the company of the other dog. We didn’t see what must have been a horrible experience to induce vomiting but she came out happy and all went well afterwards in terms of recuperation. Staff were friendly and understanding. The doctor has explained the procedure and aftercare very well.
