Lead Veterinary Surgeon

I'm Rebecca, and I'm proud to be Thurmaston's Lead Vet. I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010. I have 14 years' experience and I have worked as a large animal and a small animal vet. I have an interest in emergency medicine and surgery, and dentistry. I'm studying for my certificate in International Animal Welfare. In my spare time I love to travel with my partner and stepson. I enjoy shooting clay targets, and I'm kept busy with 4 dogs including a rescue Belgian Shepherd who has one eye, and an abandoned Cocker Spaniel puppy who has very quickly made himself at home!

Meeting all our patients big, small, hairy, or hairless, is the best part of my day. Please meet Blaze, our family member who loves playing, running, eating, and snuggling on the sofa.
