I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. After a difficult experience with a previous practice, it was clear from our first visit that the staff here genuinely care about the well-being of every animal. Our dog was very anxious and in pain on his first visit, but the team was patient, gentle, and reassuring. By his second visit, he was practically skipping through the door and making friends with everyone! The dedication, kindness, and professionalism of the staff at Medivet Woodstock are truly exceptional. I will happily recommend them to everyone. I think they are wonderful!

Everyone is very nice and obviously are interested in pet wellbeing. However there was a significant delay (40 mins) before we were seen. Probably because appointments were running late, there wasn't enough space for customers to wait in the waiting room.

The service we experienced at the out of hours on Sunday 9th was exceptional.
The practice had an emergency come in before us and despite the wait, the staff were delightful and were handling everyone with such grace.
We really appreciate the care that was given to our Dizzy and wish all the staff well.

*Great Client Journey* I called as our outdoor/ farm cat appeared under the weather. Guia? answered my call and was kind, friendly and quick to assess we needed an appointment. I was grateful to be offered one that same afternoon and was seen by Dr William who was kind, straight forward & informative. Bloods were run and we had results within the hour which was very helpful in planning what to do as Mr Woo does not appreciate being held hostage. Your kindness and efficiency is appreciated, especially given the immense pressure the veterinary industry is under at the moment. The practice refurb was also great to see, although we hope we wont have to put to use any of the new equipment any time soon. Thanks for being there!

Communication with clients is TERRIBLE. We had a blood test and needed urgent 24 hour results, on a Thursday morning, and we didn't hear from them on Friday morning so I called in the after noon and they told us the machine in house was broken so they had to send the sample out to be tested and results won't be in till Saturday at noon at the latest. We were not told this at the appointment, we were promised same day results. They didn't even call us after wards to tell us this important update! Come Saturday, still no results, I call on Sunday and were told the results were in but that week staff vets had to call us, they couldn't tell us. Come this point the results are useless because we need to know certain blood levels that day (Thursday). I call Monday and ask for a refund, the receptionist told me they needed to check with a vet and they would call me back. NEVER called me back. I had to call on Tuesday for an update and was told we were getting the refund, which no one called to let us know! AND they STILL did not give us the results of the test. Whether they actually had them is unknown. Absolute worst communication I ever experienced from a vets. I also worked at a vets in the past and could not imagine not getting back in touch with clients, especially updates, as you know the clients are probably worried about their pets! Appalling service. Will not be going back or recommending to any poor soul.
