Medivet 24 Hour Southend Wins Quality Business Award

Branch Partner and Veterinary Surgeon, Kathryn Davies from Medivet 24 Hour Southend commented on winning the award; "We are very lucky to have such a highly dedicated and motivated team who work diligently to provide Gold Standard care to our patients and clients. Kathryn is one of 3 branch partners at Medivet 24-hour Southend, along side Oliver Duprey and Sami DaCosta Argent. They have a team of 12 vets, 5 of whom hold post graduate certificates in areas including Internal Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Endoscopy and keyhole surgery, with others currently studying towards certificates in Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Emergency and Critical Care.

They boast a highly skilled nursing team, many of whom hold or are working towards advanced nursing certificates in medicine, surgery, exotics, emergency and anaesthesia. 

Their caring and dedicated client care team also work hard on their studies with many holding or working towards their qualifications through the British Veterinary Receptionist Association. 

Medivet 24 Hour Southend is equipped with top of the range facilities including two surgical suites, CT, digital X-ray, dental x-ray, general and cardiac ultrasonography equipment and advanced ophthalmology equipment for both investigation and surgery. They also have flexible and rigid endoscopes for general medical investigation as well as orthopaedic and soft tissue keyhole surgery.
