Just over two weeks ago my lurcher, Adrian suffered a clot, was paralysed and had to be put to sleep. This came so suddenly and he was only eight years old. Not only was the vet very thoughtful and kind throughout this tremendously upsetting process, Beth, the receptionist went out of her way to show great kindness and compassion. I requested an individual cremation, and she took prints of his paws and his little nose for me. So very kind. She also had a clay paw print made. I have rescued sighthounds since 1989 and subsequently lost many in the process. Never have I had such a thoughtful and kind approach and care package. They are wonderfully caring at this practice which was new to us, our previous vet having retired last December. I am so impressed and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The vets are always very caring and kind and takes time with my boy. The nurse and receptionist always make a fuss of him.

Stay well away from this place and find yourself and independent vets. Wanted £3815 for an operation the same operation in Swansea that was £977.50 they only interested in your money

There’s a new vet in Aberdare, took my dog there last week. She was one of the best vets I’ve seen in a long time. Hopefully we will be able to keep her here in Aberdare Thank you Vet Michaela Just

The staff was wonderful the vet himself was very professional with looking after my puppy they even took over with the injection for the jabs because I couldn't bare the thought of the needle because I have a phobia of them the payment plan is very easy to follow and is easier to make sure that my pup can get full treatment with out money being of issue anymore which is amazing in this day and age they answered my every question and also gave me advice on certain things for my other dog which was not being seen which they didn't really need to as for they was treating my pup but all in all very helpful and friendly would highly recommend
