Adrianna was incredibly friendly and attentive, making both me and my pet feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets.

Medivet on Aigburth Road is fantastic! ALL the staff there are amazing.....so friendly, caring, courteous and professional. My dog Mia adores them all and absolutely loves visiting, even when she doesn't have an appointment! They really do make a fuss of her every time, giving her treats and cuddles!

I have only used this Vet surgery for both my pets. An couldn't be any happier with the ongoing services I always recent. All staff are very welcoming and supportive and my pet feel comfortable when there.

I am very happy with the empathy, diagnostic expertise and care my pet (and myself) receives at your Practice.
My only reservation is the cost of some of the aspects of care, especially the mark up on prescribed medications, which can be nearly double the amount online.
Surely your organisation could be more competitive, thus keeping more of a customer base Pharmaceutical.
I think all the staff are excellent as noted above. My insurance claims are immediately put through to Pet Plan for which I am very grateful.
So in my 8/10 score, the 2 points loss are down to on site medication prices.

I think the vets name is Adriana (but apologies if I got that wrong). She is just wonderful with our nervous reactive rescue, Sunny. He can be very wary of strangers but she handles him so well and keeps him preoccupied with treats so he doesn’t even notice the jab! Thank you so much x
