The staff are really friendly and the vet's really do give you honest, and genuine, advice. They always put your pets needs first. Would recommend this practice to anybody with a pet

I would especially like to shout out Elle for the wonderful care she provided to my cat Miku. She even called in another vet nurse called Beth so they could clip my girl’s claws without drama. Nothing was too much trouble for Elle and she provided advice whilst being incredibly friendly and reassuring! Tanya has also been really helpful
In the past, in reference to Miku’s furballs, and as such I’d feel a lot less anxious about bringing my cat to the vets if it meant I could book in with Tanya, Elle or Beth in future!
