I have used this pratice on Priory Road for 11 years and never had a problem, great service, pets well cared for, friendly vets and staff. But my cats were ill and needed treatment and the Cats Protection society who who foot the £160 bill refused to take them to you as they say you offer a bad service and are not liked. So they took them to VETS FOR PETS in Walton. When people ask what Vet I use for my cats and dog and I tell them, people say "OH MY GOD YOU DON'T USE THAT BRANCH AS IT'S GOT A TERRIBLE REPUTATION ???". Firstly how and why did these rumours start ? i have no problem and can not praise your branch high enough. I have met people with dogs that once have been with you and moved to VETS FOR PETS at Walton & Old Swan ?????

I bring all of my pets to medivet. All of the staff are friendly, even when the vets is extremely busy you are never made to feel rushed or unwanted while you’re there. They get to know your pets on a personal basis. Often times, when I would come in with my two dogs the women on the desk would always greet them, ask how they’re doing and give them fuss. Overall it’s a really great atmosphere. My pets always feel at ease when they’re getting a fuss and attention as soon as they walked into the door. I can’t fault any of the staff that work there on the desk or the vets themselves. They listen to every problem you have, no issue is too big or too small. You’re not rushed through the process as the vets listen to you intently and show a great understanding for your worries or concerns regarding your pet. 10/10 brilliant staff. I will always bring my pets here.
