⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ TO ALL PET OWNERS! "I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by Medivet. As a pet owner, I expect compassion and care from veterinary professionals. Unfortunately, Medivet put down a perfectly healthy dog solely based on the (Abusive) owner's request, which I believe goes against the fundamental principles of animal welfare. I understand the owner's wishes were respected, but I question the vet's judgment and commitment to prioritizing animal well-being. There was obviously no investigation into the dogs situation whatsoever, had there had been, then maybe an inocent dogs life could have been saved, BUT money 💰 obviously came before that poor dogs welfare in this case and the dog was executed by MEDIVET in Sherwood, Nottingham on 18th July 2025 I hope Medivet will reconsider their approach to ensure the welfare of animals is always their top priority as it should be, and NOT MONEY!" SHAME ON YOU MEDIVET (Executioners) 😕 IMPORTANT: Pet owners beware, be very aware of these so called Vets!

Routine monthly visit for my dogs injection of Librella to help with his arthritis. Vet very gentle and kind. Answered all my questions very comprehensively. Very satisfied with consultation.

We moved to this practice as our previous one closed (retirement). It's in a very handy location, easy to get to. The receptionist was very friendly upon arrival, appointment for both my cats were on time. The vet was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with the checkups and boosters. I felt at ease (especially has i have major anxiety with vet visits due to previous pet losses) very happy with service. Thank you :)

Medivet has been an absolute blessing for me and my babies. It all started when we registered Brian, a stray cat we’d taken in. The kindness, expertise, and genuine love shown by every vet and nurse from his initial vaccination appointment to his neutering and beyond convinced me to switch my 2 other babies here too. When Boris suffered an injury shortly after we registered him, the team went above and beyond. He was seen within 45 minutes of calling. Jade, the vet, was so gentle and caring that even in discomfort, Boris couldn’t resist giving her affection - he’s a sensitive boy and sensed her warmth and kind soul immediately. The next morning, Rachael, the surgeon at Sherwood, performed a procedure to help him that had Boris back to his happy, pain-free self overnight. His post-op check with Jade the following day was just as wonderful. He showered her with grateful head bumps while he was being checked over. He ADORED Jade! Every single staff member has been amazing to us. From the lovely receptionist, to Nicole, the nurse who cared for my Brian and Boris, to Jade and Rachael, who Boris absolutely adores. The care here is unmatched. In fact, Boris was even nominated for a Brave Heart Award for how well he handled everything which is such a lovely touch. After experiencing such dedication and compassion from the ENTIRE team at both Arnold and Sherwood, I can confidently recommend Medivet to anyone and everyone. My babies and I have never felt so well cared for, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. If you want a vet practice that treats your pets like family, definitely take them here. 🫶
