Since earning my degree from the University of Liverpool in 2014, I have embarked on a fulfilling career as a first opinion vet, where I appreciate the diverse medical cases that come my way. Beyond veterinary practice, I find joy in dedicating quality time to my ever-curious dog Einstein and my rescue cat Gilby. In my spare time, I extend my dedication to animal welfare by providing guidance for animals in media.

I have been working as a veterinary assistance since 2012 alongside completing a degree in animal behaviour and welfare, which I completed in 2014. In March 2015, I began working at Medivet and I later chose to pursue becoming a veterinary nurse, qualifying in July 2021. I joined the Medivet team in 2022 as a Patient Care Assistant and started my role at Ashford at the end of 2023. I have recently started my training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse, which I am really enjoying! When I am not working I spend as many hours as possible with my English Bull Terrier Ralph and my herd of rescue horses and ponies.

I grew up in West London and started helping at a vet's when I was 14 at weekends then went on to do my training at 17. I carried on working in London for 10 years, then joined a veterinary hospital in Turin Italy. I stayed in Italy for 17 years and came back to the UK to become a care worker. I'm now back doing the job I love. I still do my care work and in between jobs I love walking Johnny, looking after my garden and birds. I love laughing, listening to funky music and am also quite partial to a gin and tonic.

I've worked in schools and childcare for the last 20 years and always had horses whilst working, riding in Windsor Great park. I then went onto working at the yard where I kept them and was in charge of 60 horses and ponies. I now just have 2 German shepherds which I love walking. My favorite part of my job at Medivet Ashford is cuddling all of the gorgeous puppies we see!

I've worked at the practice since 2011. I enjoy my role meeting the clients and their animals and the challenges that each day brings. Before working here and having a family I worked as personal assistant and office manager. Outside of work I'm a busy mum of two and have a Hermann’s tortoise named Toby who is just over a year old.

I joined Medivet Ashford in February 2022. I have spent most of my working career in the airline industry; I left in 2017 and after some time out, I worked as a receptionist for BP in Sunbury. I own a rather energetic Cockapoo called Charlie and spend a lot of time walking with him. My other favourite pastimes are travelling, reading and socialising with friends and I definitely enjoy the odd glass of wine!

The service and care we receive here for our two little dogs is perfect. From the moment we arrive and meet the lovely receptionists, to the nurses, in particular Trina who has been involved with our dog recently, to Sally Goulden the vet. We could not wish for better care for our fur-babies. Thank you all so much.

I have been with this surgery for several years for my dog. She has had appointments over the years for numerous issues including standard check ups, arthritis injections and dental surgery. All the girls there are lovely. The phone is answered promptly, appointments are easy to come by, everyone is very friendly and genuinely care about your pet. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

We hadn’t met this particular vet at the practice before. Zak introduced himself, was very approachable and friendly. He was thorough with his checks and took his time with our dog who gets very anxious at the vets. Very positive experience for us all.

The staff are amazing. I always feel like my boy is in great hands and being well looked after and loved. The team really know their stuff and are always more than happy to answer questions and they put my mind at rest multiple times after my dog had a surgery. I have even seen some of the reception staff around the area and they remember my dog and always say hello. Highly recommend!
