I really like the overall look and feel of the clinic and the staff. Both the receptionist and the vets are always friendly and professional and very patient with my cat. Prices are fair too! Highly recommended!

The vet showed a complete lack of compassion towards my grief when having my 15 year old dog euthanised. I was obviously heartbroken, but the vet insisted on carrying out a full veterinary inspection first, looking at her teeth, listening to her heart, and so on. She had degenative myleopathy and was virtually paralysed. She was blind, deaf, and had dementia. I just wanted to hold her and get it over with quickly. It was all so unnecessary, and carried out with a complete lack of feeling. I ended up leaving with my dog still alive instead. It wasn't supposed to be like that. There was no dignity or kindness. It was awful. The vet then lost his temper and stormed through the waiting room publicly ranting about 'needing to do the full inspection before going through with the euthenasia'. Even the receptionist agreed that his behaviour was disgusting. I went to Aylesbury Companioncare vets after that, obviously in considerable distress, and they were wonderful to us both. This mess should never have happened though, and I shouldn't have had to suffer in this way.

I have always found the staff at Aston Clinton to be really friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem there and the vet I saw (unfortunately I don't know his name) was really kind and patient with my dog.

BEEN WITH MEDI VETS ASTON CLINTON 5 YEARS . ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY WITH A TOP VET SERVICE YEDRA CHRISTINA JEN ROOEY ALL EXCELLENT AND THE NURSING VETS INCLUDED. PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND THE VETS ARE VALUE FOR MONEY AS THEY DO EXTRAS IF NEEDED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BY ME AS I HAVE DOGS AND CATS .
