One of the very few places open on a Sunday that were able to help ease a rather difficult weekend by attending to a situation that was was tough. The vet that attended to us was a straight 10/10 and we are grateful for all her support. The centre looks to be a really nice setup and the staff appear to genuinely care of the animals.

We recently had to have our 19 year old cat put to sleep. Although we hoped she'd be okay after a long chat with Edward we decided it would be selfish to let her continue to suffer. Both Edward and the staff on reception were extremely empathetic and understanding. They made the situation as smooth as possible given our upset. They must deal with situations like this everyday but nevertheless they made us realise that you can never get immune to the effect such a situation has on customers. It must also be so difficult for them. Especially as on the day we visited as we know that at least 2 other pet owners had to deal with the same thing. Well done to everyone and the sympathy card a few days later was a lovely touch.

Excellent service from reception staff and easy booking phone to great service from vet Christine who was very friendly happy person to deal with and informative and helpful to my questions on vaccinations ect. Thanks to everyone keep up the great work you all do!

I was taken back to be offered tests for my dog, yet no one stated what that would cost me and acted like it was not their job to, once I had asked. To slap someone with a £180 bill for a blood test, without making it explicitly clear that this would be the cost of that investigation in advance is unacceptable! It's poor practice and despite the vet being great, the process is not. As I took the advice from the VET to have investigations, but they don't give two hoots or think about the cost implication to the customer. I complained to the manager about this being unacceptable and I warn you all to be sure of the price you are going to be charged before agreeing to anything,

I have used this practise for 8 years I use the vets kennels and groomers. Their services are always professional personal and honest. They always go above and beyond and always treat my pet as special I would highly recommend all of their services.

Scammers !!!! DO NOT USE this place !!! I had my dog groomed on 9th Dec and they charged me £50. And again when my husband visited again today to vet they have charged £50 again for the same grooming session !!!
