our cat (Harry Potter), we didnt name him by the way, has been with Medivet since we got him. They have been really good in looking after him. Importantly the people involved are lovely, great reception staff who meet and great, and the vet team likewise. I love the pet scheme too - paid for the vet jabs and money off of the prescription pet food too. win - Win.

Although easy to book in to see a vet, the time keeping is poor and is never on time. Some staff seem to prefer to chat amongst themselves rather than the clients. Although Rachel is extremely professional.

Excellent care of my pet and a warm welcome on arrival. Easy to book an appointment plus a really good price compared to other veterinary practices. All in all, highly recommended!

I’ve just moved from another vet..I am extremely pleased I did because the staff were so much better than the other vet practice. From the welcome I received when I arrived for my pet’s appointment, to the care of my pet from the vet. I am very pleased I made the move.
