Very happy with the staff and vets here - I felt sorry for the vet as my cat isn't the friendliest in their appointments, and even though Woody scratched the vet, she took it in good stead!

I only come here because my dog , who has medical issues, and the staff know him. As usual the vet I knew has gone, but the new one, Rosie has been excellent. Unfortunately she is only there one day a week and once she moves on I shall probably move him to a private practice to which I moved my other dogs, from Croydon Addiscombe, because of never knowing the vet and even sometimes appointments being cancelled because of no vet. Both the Croydon and Biggin Hill used to be lovely when privately owned,but sadly gone downhill since being bought out by a large company.

Vet was extremely helpful and caring in her treatment of my car. Ensuring that I had a full understanding of treatment required and various options.
Was not pressured into making decisions regarding treatment.
Overall showed care and attention towards my cat.

Really caring staff. Made me feel very welcome. The vet explained everything clearly. I came away happy knowing that my cat was cared for by people who have a passion for what they are doing.

The vet I saw on my last visit like the one before was very thorough and professional and clearly had a lot of experience. I hope she is there when i next have to pay a visit with a poorly animal.
