the receptionist had trouble locating my records on the computer, despite me having an appointment in March, last year, Apart from that, everything else was 10 out of 10.

I was shocked by the price and I had asked in advance about the cost and wasn't consulted prior to being handed four lots of medication and a bill for over £200.
