The vet was very caring, thorough abd helpfull, and all info was up to date.

Whilst I am happy with the general care my pets receive from the practice I am appalled by the prices that are being quoted to me for fairly simple procedures. The rise in the last year or two seems to be in excess of 50%. It feels like extortion, £1000+ to remove two teeth. My dog needs this care but how is a pensioner on less than minimum wage (AKA State pension) expected to pay for something like this?

With no payment plan in place now it’s impossible for some pet owners to give their pet the treatment they need .

My dog needs dental extraction but with no payment plan now , it is impossible to be able to pay these large amounts in one go , which leaves my pet in pain .

I have taken on a very reactive rescue dog. Reactive to all dogs and needed stitches removed. I was extremely concerned about his reaction if another dog was in the waiting room, needn’t have been, everyone at the practice were very kind and considerate and made it possible for us to attend our appointment, stitches removed, done and dusted as they say. A huge thank you to everyone.

Our practice is well-equipped to handle acute eye injuries and assess chronic conditions associated with the eye and visual system. Ben Middleton, is certified in Ophthalmology; he also completed a microsurgery course in 2016 and is able to offer treatment for more complicated eye injuries and chronic eye problems.

For the past 15 years, we’ve been certified to complete pet passports in practice, which are essential if you plan to travel abroad with your pet. We can also complete documentation for exporting pets to other countries.
