Lovely practice, with our pet as the centre of their attention. Very friendly and open about fees and charges. Appointment was on time and very thorough, the vet took his time and talked us through everything he was doing.

Dog is on the healthcare scheme re flea & worm etc.
I asked for a printout of charges. This included charges for flea and worm meds. These were due on the scheme and I'd had a reminder and mentioned at time of booking.
I was given a same day appointment for my dog so I think that's how they came to be charged. Quickly rectified by the receptionist but makes the printout a bit complicated if I need to send it to insurers. I think the practice will help with form filling though.
