The cost was extortionate, far more than I’d anticipated. The treatment was excellent but I feel for anyone who could not afford it.

We had a 9,o'clock appointment, we were seen to straight away, just for his booster and check up,very pleased,would recommend.

Our dog has been diagnosed with a skin condition since he was a puppy. Still forced to see a vet twice a year which costs us £100 extra on top of his medication just so that they can tell us he still has a skin condition and if we don't they will stop his medication. We know he still has a skin condition and will tell you when we think he is better!!! It's a money spinner for them ,obviously, but not needed if they cared about the dog and owners.

It was the last appointment of the evening. It was for a simple booster injection and claws clipping. For some reason the vet wasn’t able to do the clipping, which I found unusual as they had been done there several times before. Also, whether it was how the injection was administered or a natural reaction to the dose, however my cat still has a large lump under her skin at the injection site. I have called the vets twice to discuss this, they say they are not concerned, however I certainly am, as I’m aware it could be a rare vaccine associated fibrosarcoma - this is not something the vet has even discussed or given any real timeframes for when it would become a concern

The vet was lovely to
Myself and was very thorough listening asking questions RE symptoms of my dog
She was gentle as possible examining my dog and did not rush the appointment in any way
Her diagnoses and treatment is working and my dog is getting better
