Excellent service from all the staff in both Pinner and Bushey Heath. Our Vet Natalie was so professional kind and friendly and gave us service beyond compare for our little Luca ( Ihasa Aopso ) puppy. We are so glad we found Metrovet and can't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely everyone from reception in both clinics to the vets offer outstanding service. I would never ever trust anyone else other than Reena and Kishan and their team these guys have so much passion and commitment it's incredible! There is no adding on things to push the bill up ( so much of this with other surgeries I have used in the past ! A truly genuine,honest and committed team ! Each and every member goes above and beyond and I would never trust my baby bichons with anybody else other than Reena and Kishan and their amazing team ! Just the best !

Absolutely no other place would I go other than Reena and her incredible team ! I've had dogs all my life and have used a few local surgeries but none of them are up to the standard of care that Reena and Kishan show ! The passion that each member of their staff show and the commitment is above and beyond and I have complete trust in all they do for my 2 baby bichon boys ! Honestly if you use here or Pinner you will never go anywhere else again !
