the vet and the entire team are some of the most genuine, kind-hearted, and dedicated people I’ve ever met. Their love for animals truly shines through in everything they do. They’ve gone above and beyond for my cat, showing incredible care, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them, they genuinely care about the well-being of every animal that comes through their door. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat’s care. The level of compassion and commitment they show is truly rare, and I’m so grateful to have found such an outstanding team.

The vet is phenomenal, such caring, wonderful, heart-based woman, probably the best vet in England, the nurses were also so kind and polite, i absolutely love that!..but not gonna lie the prices are extremely high. I dont work currently so my mother paid for the bill, i felt bad for her as it wasnt nice of me to ask that and she isnt a rich woman too, and i will eventually have to pay back but with such high prices it will take me some time. Other than that it is definitely the best clinic, a bit small, but what is important for me is the people (vets, nurses) - to be kind, loving and caring and that clinic has that, no point to have huge, modern clinic with bad staff. So yes i would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family, but will let them know about the prices too. Please reduce them. I would love to be regular at your clinic! Thank you ;)

we recently welcomed 8 dachshund puppies and had our first health check at the surgery.It was pleasant and welcoming and made it for mum and pups enjoyable.Staff was excellent and very caring,passionate. Thank you

Our much loved Egyptian cat Cleo was taken to the vets on Friday after 1week of runny diarrhea and not eating. Her temperature was taken and she was weighed which showed 2.5kg loss. We were given something for pain relief and and some prebiotic to put on her food. She wasn't checked for dehydration, which she must have been given that she wasn't eating and had diarrhea. We found her dead at home a few days later. She was obviously very unwell and in lots of pain. If she was admitted and put on a drip and bloods taken we beleive she would still be alive. We normally go to the watford branch and this was the 1st time we had visited the CP branch. We are very upset as this could easily have been prevented if she was admitted, which watford branch would have done. Now our hearts are broken 💔

My cat sees vet nurse Olivia every month for injections. Olivia is lovely and friendly, always on time and is very good with my 16 year old cat. You couldn’t ask more from the team at Medivet. Ana is fantastic
