I have used this practice for a long time and find the staff very caring and put my various pets interests first. Yesterday I went in with my elderly dog with a terrible skin problem! I didn’t know what it was! The vet explained it really well and patiently cleaned it up and has to shave a bit of him etc. I was just charged the normal consultation fee as far as I can see though it was a really difficult job. We discussed quite a few aspects of my dogs health and I was not rushed at all! They gave me great advice afterwards and I Judy generally feel in great hands with both the vets there! Also they never try to sell me anything unnecessary, on this occasion suggesting a human dandruff shampoo rather than buying a more expensive option from them. This is not the first time they’ve offered suggestions that safe me money! It’s just a really pleasant experience going to the vets and most of the staff have been there for ages which is reassuring!

Staff were very helpful and the Vet was very good on advice. They were also flexible when not able to bring one of the booked animals and rebooking for another time

The Catford Facility was small, quiet, nice and comfie, everything is super clean and sanitised. Everyone was really nice and helpful, Vets are friendly and professional, clear and concise.
I am very impressed and reassured by the professionalism with which the staff manages every aspect of the clinic. I was really happy to make the monthly plan as well to keep my little ball of Fur healthy and checked.

Wonderful place. I got an appointment within days and they were very lovely and very careful with my cat. This is my vet clinic now
