I did two operation for my dog here, staff was very friendly and give me all the necessary information, Dr Bogdan was very professional and save our dog and every time we came at consultation after that he was very kind and give us reassuring that everything will be ok.

The receptionists were kind, inviting, informative and very helpful! I honestly felt comfortable asking all my questions where some people have made me feel rushed and an inconvenience. Getting a phone call from the vet, Bogdan, that held the procedure to let me know how the operation went and to let me know how my little man was doing was a great comfort. A 24 hour post op phone call was amazing, honestly. We are really lucky to not have anything really to report other than restlessness and the vet nurse went away to ask Bogdan how best to proceed and got back to me the same day! All in all an entirely faultless experience. Bodhi was in great hands and we thank you all so much for the care and passion you all obviously have for animals that is shown in the way you treat us and the animals. <3

Bogdan booked us into an emergency appointment time, the same evening as calling up! Helped straight away and gave us the meds our dog needed

Bogdan is an exceptional vet. He has gone above and beyond to help my animals. In the past few weeks he has provided exceptional care for one of my dogs who has been extremely poorly. In addition, when I had to have one of my cats put to sleep, he showed such care and compassion allowing her to pass with gentleness and dignity. He is a truly amazing vet who cares deeply about the animals he is looking after and I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and expertise.
