Such a nice practice. My dog was incredibly nervous and everyone, the vet, the front staff, everyone was lovely to her and she was soon at ease.

Medivet cheshunt high street I took my dogs and there money grabbers no care for the animal and treated her for bad ear infection and after week said it was all clear 2 days after shaking her head and scratching I rung back they wanted to re charge me for there mistakes absolutely no interest in helping also they put my dog to sleep standing up rather than giving a little sedative to make this more comfortable I wasn't in there my son and partner was the vet injected her and she dropped absolutely no welfare for owners or animals feelings heart broken there out for the money with overly charged prices never would I recommend these to anyone go pets at home Waltham abbey excellent Date of experience: 13 January 2025

My cat is very poorly and needed urgent blood tests. He has thyroid issues but has been suffering from diarrhoea. We have controlled the problem via chicken broth and tablets. He is on the mend. He is gaining weight and will go on Hills formulated foods.

We joined Medivet’s a few weeks ago and have visited a couple of times already for puppy vaccines etc. Lindsey is amazing and you can see how much he loves his job and animals. Always been informative and gentle with our puppy who is not anxious at all in his hands. Staff at reception are helpful and always at hand to help with any questions. Really lucky to have such an amazing vets on our doorstep. Thank you

Recently, my German Shepherd had an emergency with his back leg—it was badly swollen, and he could hardly use it. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Lindsay Thomas was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through several possible causes and gave my dog a very thorough examination (despite the fact that he’s not a fan of the vet). I couldn’t be happier with the care he received and would highly recommend this clinic!

Would be a 5 star, but my friend was spoken to in a very condescending and judgemental manner by the vet today, when in distress with a poorly animal a more compassionate based approach with less of a rude stern tone would have been appreciated. Receptionists were an absolute pleasure, and made the experience much less horrific. The vet in question needs an attitude adjustment, simple questions felt like an interrogation. Cannot fault the care or treatment administered, but I do feel the vet was extremely rude on this occasion and there was absolutely no need for it. I will be emailing HQ with a more in depth review.
