Meet our Partner, Ida Bramberg
My name is Ida and I am the Partner of Medivet Chester-le-Street, I have been with Medivet for a long time and originally work in Liverpool before upgrading to the north east. I have a special interest in internal medicine, particularly in dogs, and I’m passionate about providing the best possible care for both pets and their owners. Building strong relationships with my clients is just as important to me as treating their pets, and I strive to offer compassionate, thorough care in every case. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Atticus, who came to us all the way from Hungary. In my free time, you’ll often find me reading or enjoying quiet moments with my family.

My appointment did not begin on time so unfortunately I had to be honest in the survey. However there was a very good reason as to why I was seen past my appointment time. The staff were rushed off their feet with emergencies and what seemed like difficult phone calls. Staff were apologising for the delay but there was no need. It was also an opportunity for my nervous dog to practice staying calm :)

Changed vets last year due to a bad experience with another vets and so pleased I did, shortly after I said goodbye to my beautiful Minnie, Stella was absolutely amazing, she is a credit to the practice. Would never use another vets.

For all it was expensive, the service has been amazing they have looked after my girl through thick and thin. I couldn't ask for more . She is now well on the road to recovery
