What is the referral process?

Advanced veterinary advice or care is needed depending on the case
Your primary vet decides they’re not able to offer the right level of expertise, or they don’t have the appropriate facilities at the general practice.

Your veterinary surgeon makes a referral to our centre
Your primary vet will recommend that your pet be seen by a specialist consultant, or a vet who has undertaken additional training to provide an advanced clinical service, at a referral centre.

Very impressed from start to finish. We were contacted promptly from our referral and sent welcome information via email to ensure we knew what to bring and expect from our initial consultation. On arrival, we were welcomed into the practice and were seen by the vet on time (maybe even a little early!). David was brilliant. Everything was explained in a way we as owners understood, and every question we had was answered with kindness. Our dog, Ruby, was allowed free rein to settle into the environment. The use of multiple professionals gave us such a rounded overview of the care needed for Ruby going forwards, from seeing Lizzie for advice on nutrition and body health, to getting laser treatment straight away from Molly. Everyone treated Ruby so well and she was clearly everyone's priority.

All staff were lovely and passionate, even with their extensive knowledge, they were brilliant at explaining everything and we left feeling a lot more confident for our little guy. They couldn't of done better

Very disappointing experience today. I am a previous customer and booked a maintenance appointment, received no treatment and a 5 min consultation, and was still charged £81 for the pleasure. Disgusted after a great experience with the previous staff, don’t bother now the good staff have left and it has sold out to a chain company.
