I have worked at Medivet since 2008 and have been Head Nurse here since 2014. During my time as a nurse I have rescued/hand reared and rehomed so many cats and wildlife I have lost count. I became a mother in 2022 and now spend my time raising my daughter and baking in the spare time I have. I have 6 cats, 2 dogs, 2 geckos and lots of Japanese koi.

I’m near the end of my studies and hope to be a qualified veterinary nurse by the summer. I have a dog called Leo who I rescued 7 years ago and a cat called Tommy who came to us through the practice in 2021.

I have lived here since May 2019 when Fabiana found and rescued me. I had been hit by a car and had a severely broken pelvis. I was a feral cat and had a lot of anger issues, the nurses managed to tame me after many months and now I am a soppy boy.

I have lived here since January 2022 when my family passed away. I am a very old lady with a few health conditions, I love all the attention and I often try to steal everyone's lunch when they are on their break.

The entire team at Medivet Croxley Green are fantastic. Recently Ryker my German Shepherd suffered from lameness in his front leg. This working with the Croxley team including Fabiana Couto, Cathy Aldridge and Chelsea Allen have been amazing. My Shepherd loves visiting the practice and that’s all down to the entire team based at Croxley. I cannot thank Medivet Croxley Green enough, you ladies are fantastic, the practice is amazing and you inspire confidence with all that you do. Thank you from Ryker and his family.

Really friendly efficient practise, they treated my cat on the same day we attended our appointment. The only negative is the prices, you need to get a second job to fund the bill!!!

My mum brought my three year old dog Cooper in for his vaccination and six months health check on Wednesday 7 August 2024. The vet indicated a possible ear infection but, rather than treat it, he advised her to get his groomer to wash it out. When she took him for grooming on Friday 9 August 2024, the groomer could not groom him as he had an ear infection. Not only could she clearly see the infection, she could smell it! My mum then had to bring him back to the surgery later on Friday 9 August to have the ear infection treated, at a cost of £82. Why was this not treated as part of his six monthly checkup. Why was my dog made to suffer an unnecessary and painful trip to the dog groomer. Why has my mum been charged £82 for treating an ear infection that should have been treated as part of his six monthly checkup? Why has my mum had to spend money on fuel to visit the groomer and then again to visit the surgery again?

Had an appointment at 18:15, received a call from medivet at 17:45 that a vet called in sick. Very unreliable. As they provided short notice, I was already on a way, stressing our pet for no reason as she doesn’t like to travel. Awful first experience at this place
