The secretarial/reception staff couldn’t be more helpful, and friendly. We have noticed however that vets don’t stay for very long at the practice. Pay needs to increase for to stay and do the job they do. We, and the animals don’t benefit from so many staffing changes, sometimes at the most worrying and painful times.

Always been happy with the service. Only small feedback for this time around was timing as I wasn’t seen till 15 mins after my allocated time. The longer my cat has to wait the more anxious he gets so it’s more for his sake that ideally I can be in and out quickly for him. But I must say, the staff were very kind and apologetic. These things can happen so no issue from me as it’s life and I think another elderly customer and their pet needed more time which may have been the reason for the delay but that’s understandable. It’s the first time it’s happened to me so no issue overall. Thank you as always for the care!
