My cat, Merlin, a chocolate Tonkinese, appreciated being called ‘handsome’ and ‘beautiful’ by the admiring staff, who in their turn, treated him with love and respect, talking. to him throughout the treatment. One happy cat and very happy owners!

Easy to book an appointment, I explained my concern and they put me in the same day which I appreciated a lot, my kitty cat had a sensitive tummy but I just wanted to make sure she wasn't ill or something else, the vet was amazing, he was friendly with my Lucy and made sure she was comfortable.

I went for a free dental check and the nurse was very friendly and explained everything clearly, recommended some treatment and everything was comfortable for my cat.

I highly recommend Medivet Croydon. I have a nervous rescue dog amd they are always very sweet and patient with her and try to make her feel as much at ease as possible.
Also, the facilities are clean and welcoming and there's plenty of parking right outside which is hugely helpful when your pet struggles to walk or needs carrying.

The practice were absolutely fantastic - the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and helped me change my address (having just moved), and the vet who saw my cat was absolutely brilliant and explained everything thoroughly - she was so patient and helpful, and obviously cared a lot about my cat's comfort and wellbeing. The whole experience was so pleasant and super quick; I think we started a tiny bit before my actual appointment time so I barely waited any time at all!
Booking the appointment could have been slightly easier - I booked online and tried to book in his 6 month health plan check, a dental check, and vaccine update for the same day and was unable to online. I ended up calling the practice which was super easy and straightforward - the phone was answered within a few seconds and the receptionist was super helpful arranging everything so we only had to attend the practice once to get everything done.
It also would be great if there was a cat-friendly seating space in the waiting room, even if just a space where they're a bit hidden from dogs.
Otherwise, I'm super happy with everything at the Croydon practice!
