We’ve found Medivet to be extremely proactive and supportive. While there seems to be a high staff turnover, everyone we've dealt with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to providing excellent care. Jo at the Croydon location is truly exceptional. She’s a consistent presence who makes us feel like long-time clients. She always finds a way to accommodate us in emergencies and is consistently kind, helpful, and reassuring. Her genuine care for the pets really shines through. We’ve also had a great experience with the vet Jaron—knowledgeable, calm, and trustworthy. Recently, when our Sphynx needed emergency care, we followed Jaron’s advice and took her to the Beckenham branch for a 24-hour admission. The teams at both Croydon and Beckenham acted quickly and professionally, keeping us updated throughout. Thanks to their fast response, our cat recovered quickly, and surgery was scheduled just three days later to fully resolve the issue. Pricing was also incredibly reasonable. We’re so grateful for the care and service we've received—especially from the Croydon and Beckenham teams. Its nice that they work together too. Highly recommend!

My first visit with my new puppy. Claire the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I saw the vet and think her name was Sylviana? She was friendly, very kind to my pup as this was her first visit to the practice, and very careful. I would definitely recommend!

I have been taking my dogs to this practice for almost three years and they have always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. when I take my pets to be seen by the vet here, I know they will be checked over, receive a diagnosis and receive the best treatment. I have recommended them to many people and I would recommend them to any pet owner that asks me. Excellent practice!

We’ve been with this vets practice for 25years. They have seen us through all sorts of cat, dog & hamster emergencies & have never failed to disappoint. They care so much & always know which one of our multiple animals we are talking about even from saying the first name of the pet! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am very pleased with my experience at Medivet. The service has been exceptional, and I greatly appreciate the affordability of the care provided. Joe at reception has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. I recently visited Medivet Croydon, and I could not be more impressed with the experience and service received. The welcome was very warm especially as my cat was extremely vocal. The vet took the time to examine my cat and answer any questions or concerns I had. Her kindness and expertise truly put my mind at ease. The clinic was very clean, very well maintained and organised, I didn't have too wait long to be seen. Would highly recommend this team 👌
