My dog had got unbeknown to us a chicken bone stuck in the roof of his mouth. The practice saw him straight away. One very relieved owner! The staff are always friendly and I highly recommend them!

It was a bit unclear about the cost. I have the yearly plan and when I booked the 6 month health check up, I chose to need be seen by a vet. After the appointment I got charged for the appointment, which I thought would be free. The reason is because I was seeing a vet instead a nurse.
I have another cat using a different vet practice. The very nice thing they do is they will try to allocate what I need or suggest what I should do so I use my annual plan benefits. When my cat needed health check but my 2 vets appointments had been used, they said I could use the free nail clipping benefits I have. I could see the effort to minimise the cost for me. In medivet croydon, I feel the opposite, like insurance, try to find a reason that I have to pay.

Absolutely brilliant staff! my first time ever being in a vets and the staff made me feel welcome and were friendly - appointment was very late but that’s okay as it was close to closing time and they were busy
