Our elderly cat needed some of his teeth removed - during the operation he was found to have high BP the vets have been monitoring this and trying out different options to give him better quality of life

Very caring Got appointment same day When I couldn’t get him to take him vet was very understanding and changed the time. Thorough check over and took him to hospital. All staff have been lovely and really care

I’ve had lucky for 16 years which has been the best memory I have through my whole life. He was my best friend, family and all the above. Being able to come home and he be there no matter just shows you how beautiful dogs really are. That being said having to experience this horrible day BOTH Nicole and Pearly were so attentive, understanding. Essentially they went over and beyond and understood my needs for my baby boy. I used to go to a different Medivet and they were nothing compared to these guys ….do not even come close. With Nicole & Pearly they listened and advice that came from as it it was their own it’s just felt right to let my baby go to sleep. We were there a few times and did what I could for my boy and I would do anything but ok the 30th my bod was slowly getting weaker and more tired. They made this heartbreaking experience the best and most comfortable experience for Lucky and thats all any real pet owner who loves there pet want let to be handled and cared as they did for you. We put my boy to rest ( as much as a part wanted me to be selfish I couldn’t not for my Lucky ) we felt it was okay for him to do that as he’s always catered for my needs so I did his.I told him it was okay to rest. The next day they let me have my time lucky Alone for closure purposes which they understood ( would recommend to anyone who feels like this trauma is like a nightmare you don’t want to have or wake up from . what was special was he was so gently curled up like he was sleeping like he does and I was able to snuggle in between his head and body like we always do. I love you lucky. I now have that closure I required. Gone but never forgotten. I love you Lucky so much. Thank you Medivet Cuffley for looking after my Lucky.

Our experience was very good and the vet was very thorough and took as much time as he felt necessary. He explained things very clearly to us and showed compassion and empathy. The staff were very good and booking appointments was easy

Looked after my young puppy cocker spaniel really well told us every step what was happening what they were doing at every stage cannot fought anything wrong staff are very friendly really love this practice
