I have booked an appointment on line 2 times, both times i have turned up only to be told i was 3hrs late, and had wrong date and time, nothing like the dates and times i had booked. I will not use this service anymore. Thanks.

We tragically lost our beautiful GSD Bella at the end of Jan - she was only 5 years old. A wonderful, stunning, bouncy bundle of joy. She was diagnosed with kidney disease to both kidneys and was given 3-4 months in April 2025. Harry was simply incredible - painfully frank about what to expect, but equally compassionate, supportive, professional - everything and more we could ever ask for from a veterinary service. Our Girl stayed with us for a further 10 healthy and happy months, but when it came to say goodbye, although devastating, Harry and Emma were amazing with both us and Bella. Thank you to the girls for the hair clipping and paw/snout prints. Medivet Denham is a wonderful place, where you and your pet will be looked after with that personal touch. Thank you Harry, Emma and all the team.
