The reception was great but the vet s seemed tired and and not friendly did not do half the things she said she would did not want to answer questions and generally seems miserable and unhelpful did not seem to care did not examine my dogs properly generally felt like we were not welcome and if I’d not paid for your treatment plan would look else were but is very convenient to Where I live

Dragana and her team are very caring and competent. They have been amazing with both my dogs, but especially with one who has severely injured herself chasing a squirrel.
Only downside is they have no overnight facilities at the Dorking practice.
