Our first visit to the practice after changing from another. Really lovely reassuring Vet and Nurse/receptionist. Great advice and support.

They don't tell you the cost of the treatment as you go alone. My fault for not asking. But I had no sympathy when the receptionist told me the cost (£325) When you are on a budget I couldn't have gone for the treatment and was not told of any alternative. Things need to be a little clearer and not so unhelpful.

Joint up to this vet today in dorking and they wer absolutely brilliant with my cat Toffee. Such a lovely vet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I totally recommend taking your pets there. Thank you guys, from Toffees daddy
