I have been with this practice since it was Happy Pet and stayed with them when they joined Medivet. We have always received the highest standard of care and been treated with respect at all times by all staff. However recently there have been a series of administrative errors by the reception team over a significant period of time. In short, my bill had not been allocated correctly and this resulted in multiple telephone calls asking for more payment each time. This was all because a member of staff had not "ticked a box." Everybody makes a mistake but so many mistakes became unacceptable for us. I wasn't without fault in my reaction and my choice of words was wrong but I will stress that this was out of frustration and never intended to be directed at staff personally. When mistakes happen around an emotional time with a pet receiving care whether routine or unplanned, it must be remembered that pet parents are under an incredible amount of stress. The management of my complaint did not adhere to the complaints process and the outcome was unsatisfactory and left my animals in a position where they were at risk being without access to veterinary care over a holiday period without due notice. I was never afforded the opportunity to discuss my complaint with the lead vet for the practice who had a duty of care to investigate my complaint impartially and offer a resolution. I will state that the clinical excellence of Lorenzo remains of the highest standard and his manner with the animals is calm and reassuring. However, training is required for all staff to ensure that this service improves for remaining and future patients especially where people's money is involved. My advice is to check your bill and ensure you are given an itemised estimate in writing before consenting to treatment. I wish all the staff well.

Don’t go to this place they are expensive I had my cat to have blood test and 2 weeks I can’t get my results this Vets it’s not professional at all

Absolutely fabulous vets! Staff are lovely and welcoming always greeted with a smile. I feel listened to when asking questions about my kitten, he seems to enjoy his visits also and is very well behaved. Thank you for your services 💕

I was shocked at the price increase as we were not even told of the new additional charge when booking the appointment.

Update Feb 26 (previous Update Feb 25). Continued excellence. Floros, the vet, is really great. He's caring, knowledgeable, gentle with the animals, and very patient with over anxious owners who are asking a million questions. He and the team what feels like genuine care for the animals' (I have two cats) health and well-being, which is really the most important thing we all want when we take out pets to the vet. The nurses and receptionists are also great. Vet prices in the UK and notorious, it is what it is at the moment, unless the laws change. So my focus is on the care and expertise, which I absolutely get at Medivet Enfield Great Cambridge Rd.
