Staff were very caring and listened to me and were able to make a plan of action for Blu and had a few techniques to use to get the job done. No stress or upset for me or my dog. He came out very happy and wagging his tail! Fantastic and thank you all 🙏

I was very disappointed that I was not given proper instructions when I booked my appointment for my cat. I had a text message "your cat is due a bladder check up, please call to book an appointment". When I called, i told the receptionist that I was booking a bladder check up and she booked me in without telling me anything more. When I arrived I was told that I should have brought a urine sample from my cat. As a result I wasted time away from work and, more importantly, put my cat through the stress of a vet visit for no reason. Medivet need to do better to inform customers about what is required for an appointment.

I always feel like there's an underlying sales tactic going on regarding dental. This is expensive treatment and unaffordable on an annual basis.

I took my Frenchie here for the first time, as we've previously been using Companion Care in Pets at Home, but I thought this might be a more affordable option. The reception and backroom staff were lovely and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I walked out feeling completely ripped off. The vet saw my dog for around 5 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes to prepare his prescription. The total bill came to £120 – this included the consultation and a two-week supply of medication (just half a tablet a day). To my shock, the medication alone cost nearly £70. After checking online, I discovered I could have bought the same medication for less than a third of that price if I’d just taken the prescription and ordered it myself. With all the recent news about the rising costs at vets and how pet owners are being taken advantage of, I felt compelled to share my experience. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
