Sadly I had to have my gorgeous girl put to sleep at this vets. That was Saturday 21st March .. staff were pleasant enough. I collected her ashes on Friday 3rd April. The young girl that served me was lovely, very professional, very sweet and kind but I really didn’t appreciate the girl with the pink hair singing and jumping across the reception barrier in the background. I’m just grateful we had someone else seeing to us. Very unprofessional and she had no respect to anyone else in the room. I really don’t think the girl with pink hair should be on Reception if she can’t be professional I honestly think they could learn a lot from the girls in Cheshunt, always professional and very understanding.

I had a very positive experience with this veterinary clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly care a lot about animals. The veterinarian explained everything in a clear and calm way, which made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the service was efficient without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate vet.

Vet Mr Flores Flourentzou didn’t seem at all experienced with Rabbits and handled my rabbit awfully at the end we held whilst the vet administered medicine. He inserted the needle twice before his first pain relief injection and then proceeded to give him a hydration injection infusion which he kept of pushing the needle inside of my rabbit which made my rabbit numb for many hours (8+ hours) which was totally unnecessary even after he mentioned my rabbit was not dehydrated. So that was just a commercial decision to make money. All in all I will not be returning to this practice and will be changing my other rabbit Mawaddah’s registration to Radlet whom are amazing. Infact I’ll be taking Huzaifa there on Saturday as I didn’t trust this vets opinion in the slightest.

Actually this is my first time having a pet and I’m amazed how my pet behave as if she was home from home.
The vet was accommodated with answers to my questions. Have no doubt in taking her to the practice.
