"I recently took my dog for his first immunisation shots, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Took my cat for her free 6 month health check up and vaccine, got to the vets early due to me being paranoid about being late and the receptionist was super friendly as I checked in. Vet Francesca Doria saw me early and was lovely with my cat, my cat was quite nervous and Francesca was really patient and warm she even helped me clean my cat carrier out as my cat had an accident on the way up, at one point my cat jumped down off the table and jumped up by the computer and got closer to Francesca as she gave me evils (the cat). Highly recommended fir tree Rd medivet

Got to the vets early the receptionist was super friendly as I checked in, was seen by Vet Francesca Doria early and she was really lovely to my cat who was nervous and bless her she helped cleaned my cat carrier as my cat had an accident on the way up to the vets, my cat even jumped off the table and jumped up closer to Francesca as my cat was giving me evils, would highly recommend fir tree Rd medivet.

I find it disappointing that my cat has to be given two doses of gabapentin to enable her claws to be clipped.
Last time I brought her in for a nail clip the Nurse had no problem with her.
I felt my advice for how to keep my cat calm for this event was not listened to on this occasion.

I Received a call Tuesday evening from the vet asking how Teddy was, after a quick chat found out he was behind on jabs, worm etc so I was booked in the next day. After spending 30 minutes chasing around the lounge with oven gloves on finally got him in the cage. Arrived at the vets and was seen in minutes, both reception and vet were great. Thank you for the peace of mind now the cat is upto date.

Took my cat there as all the vets near me were either fully booked or closed. I rang around and found medivet Epsom. Glad I did find this one as I found the receptionist exceptionally polite helpful and friendly and the vet was really pleasant as well. Will always use this vet from now on.

Absolute rip off from Medivet again. £50 consultation fee and over £100 for a course of medication which can be bought online for less than £30. How are Medivet getting away with this. The locum vet herself was lovey but it’s time to find an independent vet
