Calm, professional, considerate, not rushed. Thorough approach, great people skills as well as being rightly animal-focused. Reassuring and clear explanations of treatment, plan of action, follow-up care. Been a client with various domestic species for decades as service was and remains outstanding.

We have used this practice since before they were part of Medivet, with our last dog, and they are still as helpful as before. It is not always possible to see the same vet now, due to staff shortages perhaps, but we are always seen as soon as possible, they are great in an emergency and always a very experienced & caring Vet on hand. We have a nervous dog and they are understanding with her. Very helpful staff nurses and reception.

In the main a good practice, but some vets don't listen when you request something specific. I asked to be present when my little 14years old dog was euthanized. She was taken away for a sedative, gone for 20 minutes, time she came back she was deeply asleep, taking away any chance to hold her or talk to her. Totally unnecessary as I told the vet involved that I was quite happy to hold her while he sedated her, which he ignored.

this was the first time we visited Medivet in Faversham after moving a few months ago all harry the cats records where on line as we used Medivet in Welling for years.. what i liked was the cat corner that way you don't get big dogs sniffing at her box try to get in!! so she had a good first time experience at Medivets...

Awful customer service. I complained about my cocker spaniel being wrongly diagnosed with arthritis which was actually an infected paw and a loose nail. Simply asked for a refund for the wrong diagnosis consultation and it’s been 54 days and still no resolution. I’ve followed up over eight times but to no avail. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years with my dog and two cats but based on this experience I will now be switching vets.

A great vets, the staff are always so nice and professional. I always go here I have for many years. If I have an emergency they always fit me in the same day.

Recently moved from Faversham Vets to Medivet and very pleased I did. It was easy to register and quick to book an appointment, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Receptionist was lovely, we were seen on time and the vet was really great as well. Beautiful inside, bright and spacious, clean. Much more affordable that Faversham Vets and you are allowed to go into the room with the vet whilst you’re pets being seen which is much better and not what I was able to do at my previous vets. Highly recommend! ☺️
