A lovely modern and clean veterinary building. Staff could be a bit more personable. Would be more professional if regular meds were in stock and available when a customer has an appointment and is due to pick regular meds up at the same time!

Nice friendly staff, really care for their customers and their pets. Best thing they did was move back to folkestone. Can easily walk to the practice again, rather than the drive to dover

the vet alex was very helpfull knew his stuff budgie is getting much better after 24 h of antibiotic also recommended using a nebulizer to help with current problem also offered to show me how to set it up if required

Can’t speak to the quality of care but the customer service was appalling. Rang up to enquire how I register our dog and was treated like an idiot. Incessantly rude

Absolutely fantastic service today from a very kind and professional team. The vet went above and beyond to help my chihuahua with his poorly teeth. She made me feel so comfortable leaving him. He was well loved all day and is recovering nicely because he didn’t get too anxious. Thank you for such a great job and for your kindness.

My little girl cat was being spayed when there were some minor problems. Medivet kept me up to date on her progress and her medications explained to me when I picked her up. I could see that they cared for her very much and she is making a good recovery

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Never been treated so appalling in my life. Just driven from another town on the hottest day of the year to have my little foster checked over. Never been there before, so didn't quite know about parking etc. The rude receptionist couldn't even smile at me. Just proceeded to ridicule me for being early and had the hump when I asked if we could please wait inside due to the heat. I would never trust these arrogant people with the care of my dogs. Some customer service training is needed. Stupid woman !

I cannot believe that my poor cat is supposed to wait until November to be seen by a vet when potentially he has a broken leg! I should leave zero stars! Can't care Don't care!
