Great, caring practice. Very good vet and veterinary nurses. It’s a shame Highgate Medivet is closed as much closer too our home but this practice has offered great care for my two kitties for a few years now.

Rodi is super kind and helpful - you can tell he really loves and cares for animals. My dog actually quite likes him which is unheard of for a vet!

I've used Medivet Fortis Green for almost 10 years and they have always been very professional and helpful. This morning my dog was bitten in an unprovoked attack, (he was on the lead). I went straight to Medivet and they cleared their list immediately to see him. Fortunately his injuries are superficial and they were able to give him some pain relief, clean his wounds and give him antibiotics. Thank you very much to both the vet and the vet nurse for their help.

Overcharged! Avoid! I went there with my German Shepherd puppy as I thought he might have a urine infection. Paid £64 for consultation, urine samole taken to the lab and £125 for medication, which may or may not work! Just checked the same medication online and it's £10.99! Tried to return it as haven't opened it but it's against their policy. I was warned but stupidly went there anyway as it was close to my place.

The practice should be open until 7 but no one is answering the phone at 5:30, a message says they are closed. My cat got attacked by another animal as is clearly not well. Out joice would have been to use the practice but instead have to pay for emergency care somewhere else.

Very transactional. A new vet every other month. Also apparently our dog was due his vaccines since last September and they never told us (they claim they “sent an email” we never received but they never followed up, even though we’ve been in multiple times since then to collect flea/worming treatment). Not good.

Good but they lack communication and forget reminders… I like Medivet but I was very disappointed when I noticed my subscription went up to £14.50 plus they didn’t remind me of the antiflea deadline for my cat. If I have to remember my appointments what is the point in having the subscription with them? It’s the second time they are giving me an appointment with nurses instead of the doctor because they forgot my deadline. Obviously something is wrong with their system and it should be improved. Also, I’d like to be informed if they increase prices because I may not be ok with that and decide to cancel my subscription with them because I wasn’t informed and they took the money without telling me there was an increase in price.

The vet was very caring and thorough with my puppy and very friendly and clear with me. I am very grateful to him... I wish I knew his name for you to know that he's been a great ambassador of your clinic.
