Care given was fine but I was made to pay 50% off the bill £800, and still waiting for it to be returned as the vets have been paid from the insurance. My cat unfortunately died a week later due to a second blockage and could not pee, if I was given options and advise the first episode I could of chose to have the PU surgery but all I was told was what procedures were going to be done and the price and I had to fit 50% of that bill. If I had options from the start surgery could of been an option but by the time he blocked again to much money had been wasted and he had to lose his life at 9 years old and he loved life 🙁

Everytime I go thru are all so friendly. Thru answer any questions in depth. Most of all they keep my baby boy nice and healthy.

We came in for a health check of our elderly chihuahua, however he had picked up a very sore eye on holiday. Vlad, the vet we saw, was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he really took time to examine, do the health check, cut his nails and thoroughly examine his eye. Very good indeed, Bertie being a naughty dog at the vets was, for him, well behaved (in a muzzle).
