We love the monthly payment plan.
The vets were dealing with a couple of back to back emergencies so this appointment was late, but this was a one-off - all my previous appointments have started on time. I’m also glad to think that this practice will prioritise emergencies in case my dog has one in the future, and impressed that they still managed to fit us in despite the unexpected extra work they had that day!

I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Acceptable due to emergencies but wasn't told this until I was called into the consultant room.
In one of the the consultant rooms I heard two very upset people having to have their dog put to sleep. This was a little distressing to hear. The rooms are not sound proof and conversations between vet and clients could be heard. This distressed me a little bit and made me feel sad that they were going through this.
