From Mary at reception to Amy, the nurse, and Vlad, who is usually my cats' vet, they are all incredibly nice and take great care of my cats. I always feel welcome there, and they handle my cats so well that even my timid cats don't get too stressed at the vet.

When I brought Donut in 6 weeks ago I was apprehensive as we'd always mostly seen Chris for the last 13 years. However Vlad was lovely with him. He also let me call him with an update to save bringing him in. However 10 days ago I called and asked for a call back as since gabipentin he was bleeding a bit from his mouth and then more so I stopped it but needed advice. When he died yesterday I still hadn't had a call back after chasing it up 4 times. Some of the nurses were lovely about it but one had seemingly no empathy at all and was very dismissive. He deserved the very best right to the end. Not this. I did manage to book a just in case appointment which wasn't needed. Now today I've had to chase several times to make payment to make sure he's sent off to be cremated as soon as possible. He's always been a good boy and now I really feel like I let him down at the end and don't even feel happy that he's laying in there just waiting. Chris would never have let this happen and now I'm not certain I want my other animals to come to you guys which is such a massive shame because I've used the same vets for 25 years
