I had an emergency with my GSD puppy, the receptionist took the details of my puppy’s symptoms to the vet and although they were fully booked, they managed to get an appointment for my pup.
The vet Chris was thorough in checking my puppy over, even coped with my pup being overly excited to see him.

When I paid the bill I was charged £159 and received the card receipt from the reader. I asked for an itemised bill which took a while to sort. I really think this should be common practice to provide this. When I checked the itemised receipt at home, it was only for £134. I rang the practice and it turns out I had been charged an extra £25 in error. If I hadn’t asked for the itemised receipt then I would have had no idea which I think is awful. The staff were lovely and apologetic but if I didn’t know better then it does seem like Medivet are purposely making it unclear what you are actually paying for and then charging more than necessary.
