The only reason I gave the score for timelesness was due to the previous customer having a dog that did not want it's nails cut therefore overrunning it's alloted time slot, all the staff there are always very friendly and professional

We are on holiday with our French Bulldog Polly, who suddenly started acting strange, wouldn’t eat or drink and was moving very slowly with her back arched and the fur on her back up, we called the vet and spoke to Denise who was fantastic she spoke with the vet Carrie, who told Denise to tell us bring her in straight away which we did, they were very helpful and thorough with their assessment, and they treated Polly straight away for a muscular pull, gave her pain relief and settled her down so she could rest, I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who needs a veterinary practice when in the area as they are extremely helpful and professional and don’t hesitate to help the animals they treat whilst they also talk the worried owners through the whole process and make them feel at ease as we were very concerned about our Polly, Thank You So Much Everyone

The staff seem efficient enough, but it's so impersonal never seeing the same vet twice - they never get to know me or my dog as in the old days

The vet we saw listened to my concerns, treated my cat gently and with care.
She was very understanding, explained everything to me clearly.
Phoned with results when she said she would and again today with follow up results.
