I am very pleased with everything that Medivet means, since you walk through the door everyone is very kind and friendly, my dog Bella was seen by a Greek doctor who is extraordinarily good at what he does, and is very friendly and helps you with advice and everything related to the health of pet. Before my last visit I was going to change my vets due to unfriendly staff..

We have been registered at Hellesdon vets for 9 years and can highly recommend this practice. I have always received great care for my pets. Reception staff , nursing staff and all vets have been outstanding and more than met the needs of my very precious dog/cat family. They provide the personal touch that is so needed during the difficult times experienced with poorly pets and nothing seems too much trouble, going the extra mile to provide reassurance and support. The Vet is extremely helpful and it is quite clear he is very conscientious and caring as he has a lovely gentle way when examining my cat. He also respects my anxieties and takes his time to put my mind at ease whilst also being very realistic.

My appointment was changed 10 minutes before the start time, I was already on my way. They said it was because of a reason which they already knew about. So I ended up wasting my day :(
