Please, please do not take your small animal here. They don't know enough and my ferret died because of bad advice given . Now apparently I am confused and I was confused. I know exactly what I have been told. Keep away! I am escalating this.

Very easy to deal with and very understanding of my pet's issues. Able to get him looked at very quickly, everything explained in detail as to what was needed, what was actually done and medications recommended.

Ever since we moved into the area with our little Jack Russell called Ronnie, everyone at Medivet have been absolutely phenomenal. From his 6-month check-ups to his quarterly flea and worming treatments as well as any ad-hoc/emergency visits we've needed them for. All the staff are absolutely incredible from helping us process pet insurance claims as well as ensuring that Ronnie is absolutely adored even though he'd prefer to be somewhere else!

I have a very nervous dog but he always comes out Of here happy the vet and the nurses are amazing and always get a very friendly welcome in person and on the phone nothing is ever to much trouble they know exactly who you and your pets are at all times I drive 10 miles to come here as I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I have tried more local vets but my dog gets too distressed but he adores the staff here good work guys
