Great little practice, friendly vet and didn't make me feel judged for opting out of some of the add-on extras that weren't medically required. Treated my dogs as individuals with their own quirks, approaching them for the first time with respect and care.

Always a good experience! Everyone very welcoming, our puppy feels calm because he has some fuss. It's obvious everyone is happy in their work, and genuinely love animals. In addition, while we were there, one of the staff was dealing with a very challenging telephone call, and did so with patience and politeness throughout.

The Horley Branch are fabulous with my pups. I personally have never felt I have been pushed into anything that my dogs haven't needed & they're always very honest & upfront about procedures along with pros & cons. They're brilliant with my reactive dog, always making sure the building is clear so she can be as relaxed as possibly. Klara is amazing & I can't remember the ladies names on reception but they couldn't be more lovely & accommodating. Medivet Horley seem to go the extra mile & really do care.
