Every time I've been here the staff have been amazing. My dog gets quite nervous and they have always been very accommodating for her. Huge thank you to Alex who provided lots of care to ensure my dog was as comfortable as possible, she also calculated the costed difference of being on the medivet plan for me, which saved me from paying a large sum at the end of the consultation. She also gave some diet tips for my dog who has put on a little weight since being spayed. Really thankful for her time today and her genuine care for my dog
