The clinic is amazing. Dr. Alex and the entire receptionist team are absolutely lovely, professional, and genuinely caring. I couldn't ask for a better vet for my cat. Unfortunately, Alex has left the clinic recently but my experience so far has been very good.

The nurse who gives the monthly librella injection to my dog is wonderful. My dogs love coming into the practice for a treat.

I have been going to this clinic for over 18 months and they are simply superb. The entire team are very friendly and knowledgeable. My senior cat is extremely anxious, but the clinic has a calm environment, (unlike many others I've visited over the years), and each visit they go above and beyond to try and make her feel at ease. We recently met Juri who is genuinely kind and caring . Thank you Medivet Hyde Park Team!

I have been using Medivet Hyde Park for many years. However, there is a temporary vet who did not listen properly, did not appear knowledgeable and was abrupt and inpatient whilst I try to explain my dog's problem. I will not be returning until she is replaced by the new permanent vet who is more professional.

Great Australian vet at Hyde Park, my dog is usually very nervous but he is gentle and calming and she was vey relaxed with him, the receptionist is lovely as well. He was very thorough with her and did not try to oversell me on treatments.
