Alex Sexton

Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Dr Alex Sexton grew up on a sheep farm in rural South Australia in the Adelaide hills. He has always cared for animals. Alex graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia, in 2016 and worked as a GP veterinarian at a small animal teaching practice for six and a half years before moving to the UK to join Medivet as lead veterinarian at the Hyde Park clinic in May 2023. In his final year of University, Alex gained veterinary experience in both South Africa and Barnard Castle in the North East of England. Alex enjoys all aspects of small animal practice including surgery and dentistry. Outside of work he enjoys running, travelling and playing golf. He is excited to be part of the new Medivet team at Hyde Park.

Danielle Watkins

Veterinary Nurse

Danielle qualified from Middlesex University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Veterinary Nursing in 2023. She joined the team at Medivet Hyde Park in May 2025 as Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN). She loves all areas of nursing and cannot wait to meet all your pets! Danielle grew up in Manchester but moved to London for studies in 2020. She has always loved working with animals, especially felines, which lead to her adopting her rescue cat Noche. Outside of work Danielle enjoys music concerts, musicals and spending time with her cat. She is excited to join the Medivet Team.

Nicole Harang

Veterinary Care Assistant

Nicole was born in Argentina and grew up in Tenerife. She has worked at Medivet since 2023 and joined the Medivet Hyde Park team in July 2024 as a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA). She has always loved animals and is looking to start training as a Veterinary Nurse soon. Nicole is calm, caring and always ready to help. She is usually accompanied by her lovely dachshund Tequi.
