Love the staff at Liverpool St Medivet/Zasman - they genuinely care for my Teddy and have been very helpful as he;s had some health issues - feel really supported.

Whilst the vet's checking up my pet there was a student and I was not advised about it.
I was happy to have the student, she was friendly, but I would have liked to know in advance as a courtesy and for customer service.

My cat was attacked and needed an urgent appointment. The staff went above and beyond to help him and to calm me down.

The staff are incredible at this practice. Our dog has a heart condition and is extremely fearful of the vets. It’s a stressful experience to bring him in as his anxiety is nothing like I’ve ever seen. However the entire practice is so supportive, kind and accommodating. The vet even sits on the floor to try to calm him and even finished the checkup outside as he was desperately trying to escape. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for their bedside manner.
