Receptionist really rude and with a bad attitude since the moment I came in. Not great customer service from her in particular. Vet was amazing with my pet and took al the time required to answer all the questions I had

Both the reception team and the vets made our first visit super comfortable - I liked how relaxed and casual everyone was as it created a nice atmosphere rather than a clinical one. The monthly subscription and all questions I had about my kittens wellbeing were answered clearly and we’re looking forward to our next visit!
