I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this veterinary practice. During my visit, it appeared that their primary focus was on maximizing profits rather than addressing my cat’s illness and pain. Despite my concerns, they refused to prescribe necessary pain relief for my pet. Additionally, I found the conduct of the veterinary surgeon, Anna Wybierska, to be unprofessional. She raised her voice and seemed unwilling to listen to my input regarding my cat’s condition. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Liverpool Street Vet and will not be returning.
