Shilpi is a lovely, caring vet at Medivet Langley. It is a lovely little practice with very friendly and pleasant staff, who really care about our furry friends! 😊❤️ 🐾

The staff at this practice are very polite and seem caring. My only gripe is the price for any treatment. I was asked to bring my dog back for a folloe up, but was informed there would be a consultation cost. His skin cleared up so obviously I did not take him back. I feel if the vet needs to see an animal for a follow up there should not be a cost. There never used to be. I am meant to get 10% off as I have the plan at the practice, butvthis does not seem to reflect in the payment

Very happy with the service at Medivet Langley. Shilpi is a passionate, empathetic and knowledgable vet. I had to book my dog in for a procedure, Shilpi made sure to explain everything in detail and provided an accurate estimate of the costs. She took time to answer my questions and kept me updated through every stage of the process. The staff were also kind and friendly, thank you for taking such wonderful care of my dog!

I love that you used a diffuser with calming properties in the treatment room . My dog is nervous at the vet‘s and I feel that this really helped to calm him down .

A Truly Compassionate and Skilled Veterinarian I cannot recommend Dr. Shilpi and the entire team at Medivet Langley highly enough. Finding a veterinarian who combines top-tier medical expertise with genuine, heartfelt compassion is rare, and we have absolutely found it here. From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is calm and reassuring, which is just as important for my anxious cat, Otis as it is for me. Dr. Shilpi doesn't just treat the animal; she treats the entire family. When Otis had a recent health scare, she took the time to explain every option clearly, patiently answering all my nervous questions without ever making me feel rushed. She provided an accurate diagnosis and a detailed treatment plan that was effective and manageable. What truly sets her apart is her empathy—she even remembers little details about him . Knowing my pet is in such skilled and caring hands gives me incredible peace of mind. If you are looking for a vet who will treat your furry family member like their own, look no further. I would never go to this place again. In my opinion Dr Shilpi does not care for animals. She is very quick to suggest putting kittens down.
