The care following complicated orthopaedic surgery has been excellent. However it took ten days from accident to surgery, including a week waiting for the results of a CT scan, and involved several car journeys to other practice branches for investigation and treatment. All very stressful and expensive. So although Medivet Langley itself has been wonderful we were disappointed with the initial stages of this experience.

Although I am happy with how their staff handled my dog, I won't be coming back. When I call to make an appointment and ask for a quote on a procedure (pre anaesthetic blood test in our case), I expect to pay this amount on the day. At the check out, after the blood sample was taken, I was told to pay about £80 more. "You have been misquoted on the phone, I am sorry" does not really sound great. Reminds me of being missold unwanted services by dodgy mechanic who adds more jobs to his original quote. Disappointing experience - our first and last visit to Medivet.

Vet was very attentative and had spent time reviewing Molly Mae's case notes before the appointment. The vet was thorough and ensured Molly Mae was comfortable at all times during the examination. The front staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.
