Very helpful and caring looking after my Dad's cat. He and his partner are housebound due to illness, and The Marches picked up the cat from their house, so that it could be examined and treated by a vet promptly, and then took it home again. We are hugely grateful - many thanks.

The receptionist was very friendly.
The vet appeared disinterested and not comfortable in handling our very friendly cat. Mentioned that both our cats needed dentistry treatments. Received a quote of approx £350 to clean our older cat's teeth. As apparently she was 'the priority'. This amount is extortionate. Quote received from another local vet at £120 less than Medivet. Not convinced the teeth cleaning is needed, feels like Medivet are looking for money generating opportunities.

The vet I saw was incredible, he spoke to my dog and listened to his issues and was so kind and caring and gentle with him. Then broke down the cost of 3 different treatment options. It was a pleasure considering I was worried about my dog. Came out happy, with a happier dog and a treatment plan. Thank you

Been going there for over 50 years, seen the changes, for me all good. Obviously not that personal any longer, but that is company progress.
The main concern is the prices, they are getting very steep. No doubt there will be customers with their pets who can’t afford a visit. Which is a worrying thought.
But thank you very much from me and my little man Loco.
