Very friendly and efficient surgery. They are excellent at reminding me when I need to collect quarterly medicines for my cat and annual check ups.

The practice nurse was obviously very experienced and I was more than happy with the care and advice I was given. She was brilliant when handling my beloved cat and was very patient and gentle with him. I was very satisfied with the treatment given at my appointment.

My dog gets very nervous in the vets but the nurse we saw this time was brilliant with her, still nervous but the best she’s ever been.

To whoever this cat belongs to i'm telling you once and once only feed your cat and keep it in or will be taken to rescue centre as a stray as I have had enough of this coming in mine every night

After rushing my dog to the practice 20 minutes before they closed on Christmas eve after he had eaten a mince pie , we were seen quickly and treated with such kindness they acted quick6to make him vomit. They didnt make me feel rushed given it was Christmas eve and close to closing, luckily we were out just in time as they acted quickly. Thank you so much

I felt confident that Stuart understood my pet's condition and that he genuinely wanted to do his best for him. That put me at my ease so both Sooty and I felt better when we left the Surgery. We both wish Stuart and his Family a happy Xmas.

Very friendly receptionists even though Mimi was very barky and excited they didnt mind made me feel welcome and comfortable. The vet guy platt was very caring and welcoming talked to me about treatment plan and priced up the cost. Also talked me through aftercare and what to look out for as well as next steps after treatment. Thank you so much ☺️

I haven’t paid my bill yet so cannot comment on that , and I am hoping to claim through my pet insurance.
The actual vet I saw was very good , some vets shy away from my Rottweiler, he was confident, and handled him well . He was very informative and made sure I understood the next steps and how to do the medication. I was very pleased .
Obviously the bill being a vets is always high but ultimately we pay regardless
