Went there with a 2 week old puppy that had a little puncture wound on its neck so I thought but I was panicked and it was the closest place to me. On the way I told them what happened, they cared more about me being registered (which I was) Got there was seen quickly but the vet didn’t see to the puppy straight away, they injected some pain relief and sent us away. Didn’t check over puppy properly didn’t even clean the wound, charged us and we left and We went straight to out of hours Vets Now and they found a big wound on her back and her fur was completely gone and it was an open wound, we hadn’t seen, we had her wrapped to stay warm but the veterinarian should of and they have the equipment to do all the necessary checks but because they was fully booked she couldn’t and it makes me think why even see us? Instead just tell us go here because we’re fully booked they rushed through it to get a payment and wasted valuable time. The puppy was put in an incubator when we got to Vets Now and we were told water got into one of her lungs and even if they tried everything they could they said it’s too late and she doesn’t have a fighting chance. She was given an injection to put her to sleep, absolutely devastated that I trusted medivet won’t be making that mistake again.

I would like to thank all the doctors and staff aspecially Dr Thiago and Nurse Leah for the care they gave to my cat Bebe, thank you for being always available, helpful, understanding and compassionate. She had a difficult journey with some issues but she started feeling better, and on her way to full recovery. A very good practice to bring your pets in.

Rude and unhelpful. Ordered a repeat prescription on Friday for my dogs skin allergies. I called on Wednesday to check the progress and was told that the prescription hadn’t been put through and that an appointment was required (have ordered a repeat prescription several times no issue or need for appointment) had they told me on the Friday an appointment was now required I would have booked one rather than leaving my dogs skin allergy to become infected while waiting on them. This vet was so much better before it became a Medivet.

Before I moved to Medivet, I was at vets for pets for almost 15 years, and I regret that I didn't make this move much earlier. If someone is still unsure where their pet should be cared for, it's only at MediVet 💪💪 😍😍😍😍😍

Staff couldn’t care less. I regret letting the replacement doctor see my pets. She had a negative attitude, not willing to help or explain, the few words she said showed she is not fluent in English but also didn’t make any effort. Just made me worried. The receptionist should not be working at customers service, she was smiling sarcastically when I expressed my complaints. The practice looks neglected and could definitely use more professional and helpful staff. Shame as the original vet is very good.
