I am fairly new to using Little Hadham Medivet but moving here was the best thing I could have done for my dogs. The vets don't rush you, they thoroughly talk you through everything, they are up to date with modern research, and more in tune with holistic methodologies than most other vets I have used. They have always managed to fit me in when I need an appointment and their nurses and reception staff are equally amazing and helpful. After some previous bad experiences with vets, the staff at Medivet Little Hadham have made me trust vets again. The vet even called me the next morning after a visit to find out how my dog was doing after a worrying night.

It was the first visit for my new rescue dog. She was put at her ease and every member of staff made sure she was comfortable. It made the visit enjoyable for both of us.

Registered our dog here when she was just a puppy after chatting to a couple of friends who couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We have been impressed right from the start. Friendly and helpful at all times, and always so welcoming to our doggo. She seemed to actually enjoy coming for all the puppy health checks and didn’t even mind the jabs, but has decided maybe it’s not quite her fave place anymore (!), since we had to leave her there for a whole day when she was spayed. Even though she’s now more reticent about her visits, we think they’ve been amazing. Her tummy has healed quickly with a neat scar after being spayed. She also had to have a worrying mole removed from her ear recently: the vets and nurses explained, guided and supported us through decisions related to the investigation of the growth, answering our questions so we had a full understanding of the situation and potential next steps. They were also very accommodating around the requirement of our insurance company. Joe in particular has been great, speaking to us twice now in the evening after what was probably a long day at work already, to bring us up to date with the latest findings from the lab (thankfully it turns out there is little to worry about). Super happy we chose them for our dog’s care.

My dog is always treated well at Medivet, and after being diagnosed with a possible allergy we were given the option of the various treatments based on cost, which is something our previous vet never did

My first visit after moving to area. Very pleased with service and fact that the vets ( Joe was very helpful and informative) are permanent-in my last Medivet practice the vets were constantly changing.
