As usual the staff couldn’t be more helpful, unfortunately Harley has had a bad experience with a vet in the past and he absolutely hates all vets. Joe was a star as always as we had a bit of a fight just to get some drops in Harley’s ear.

From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with warmth, kindness and understanding. The staff are friendly, genuine and take the time to listen to any concerns, making the entire experience reassuring and positive. What really sets this practice apart is the level of patience and care they show to nervous pets. Our dog can be anxious in new environments, yet the team always gives him the time, space and gentle encouragement he needs to feel safe and secure. Their calm approach has made a huge difference, turning something that used to cause stress into a much more relaxed experience for both pet and owner. Both Joe and Katie have been incredible. They previously looked after our cat with such dedication, and now they are doing the same for our dog. Their knowledge, skill and genuine love for animals shine through in every appointment. It’s clear they truly care about each pet’s well-being, and they take the time to explain treatments, answer questions and offer thoughtful advice. We actually travel 45 minutes each way because the care we receive here is exceptional, and we wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else. Medivet Little Hadham’s dedication, professionalism and kindness make them stand out, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. I travel 45mins each way to have our dog seen here. Before this we had excellent care of our cat from Jo and now Katie looks after our nervous little lad. Would not go anywhere else and genuinely know this practice and all the staff are the best around.
