Joe Wyatt

Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I've been branch partner at Little Hadham since 2018, previously working as lead vet at Enfield 24 Hour, taking soft issue and orthopaedic referrals. I was born and raised in Hertfordshire and graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2008. In 2014 I completed a post-graduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery while working for the PDSA charity. I strive to give each and every patient the full benefit of my experience and dedication and to ensure every client experiences the very highest standard of customer service while under my care. At home I enjoy spending time with my family and in my spare time I love camping in the woods, especially cooking and eating from a campfire. I have a cat called Wiggins and two aquariums with tropical and marine fish

Sarah Wyatt

Veterinary Surgeon

Sarah qualified as a vet from Cambridge University in 2008. She started her career as a mixed vet working with farm and pet animals in Shropshire. After moving to Hertfordshire in 2010, Sarah starting working at The Woolpack and stayed there for 13 years, ultimately becoming their Head Vet. In 2023 Joe and Sarah decided it was time to work together so Sarah moved to Little Hadham. As a vet Sarah has a particular interest in ophthalmology and is one of the few vets locally who treats chickens! She has a real soft spot for sight hounds. In her private life Sarah spends most of her time with her family but also sings in a local choir and enjoys needlework when she gets the time! She only has one cat, Wiggins, at the moment and she tolerates Joe’s fish tanks! There will probably be more guinea pigs in the near future…

Veterinary Surgeon

I am Hing, a Veterinary Surgeon graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2025. I originally hail from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but please don’t let that fool you as I cannot stand hot weather. I have developed a great interest in medicine and dermatology while in vet school. I also currently hold a qualification to teach undergraduate vets! When I am not in practice, you can find me knitting, gardening, and practicing yoga! I have always enjoyed knitting since a very young age, and was taught by my mother (she made all my baby clothes!).

Head Veterinary Nurse

I started working for Medivet in 2014, qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018 and joined the Little Hadham team as Head Nurse in 2019. My favourite parts of veterinary nursing are anaesthesia, emergency and critical care and looking after rescue pets. At home I have a rescue dog called Bella, and three horses Winston, Rupert and Chester. Outside of work she enjoys skiing, paddle boarding and competing her horses in show jumping and dressage.

Dr Joe Wyatt was very thorough in his explanation of the options available for my dogs treatment, which allowed us to make a decision with all the evidence available to us. Very professional.

I believe we spoke with Ting Hong, who was incredibly patient and gentle with my golden retriever when he visited the practice for a blood test yesterday. Thank you.
