Solely for cats this place has been taken over by medivet but the wonderfully gentle Lois is still working there. Staff are all very nice and a relaxed waiting room with lots of cat magazines to flick through as you wait. We have been clients for well over a decade and our cats aren't stressed out here. No treatment is cheap at vets, is it, but we feel this is well worth paying for as this practice is all about cats, not other pets so it's quiet, sedate and always clean and welcoming

The look of the practice hasn’t changed since it was opened by Michael Edwards years ago. It needs updating. Since Michael has retired the practice has gone downhill and it is not as welcoming as it was. Since being taken over by Medivet there is a lack of care and attention by the staff. It is a poorer version of the practice that I joined decades ago and is far more money oriented rather than pet oriented and the practice suffers for this.

I highly recommend the Llanishen cat clinic, kind, caring and patient vets, nurses and other staff. Their service is second to none and you can tell that they truly love cats!

It's always been a lovely practice and love the fact that it's only cats in there. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I would never take my cats anywhere else. Lois is fantastic. I only wrote that it was difficult to book the appointment because all of the computers were down for a day. Usually it's very easy!
