Staff are always helpful. Lois is an exceptional vet, who is gentle kind and compassionate. She cares deeply about the cats that she gives advise on.

Your charges are extreme. I was billed for a blood pressure reading, which had previously been included in the check-up. The blood test, done on site, was also very expensive.
I was seen by a young male vet who called me in simply by calling out my cat’s name then turning immediately back into his treatment area without checking to see if I had responded. I hadn’t - I’m hard of hearing. He had to return to call her name again and on this occasion did wait to see me respond.
I found him efficient but not warm.

We have always received the best of care from the cat clinic for all of our cats. I always feel that we are given all information to make the best decisions, staff are always friendly and approachable. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

All the staff at Cardiff Cat Clinic are always friendly, polite and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I had a lovely time bringing my kitten for the first time. He’s a little nervous and the vet really let him get comfortable before doing any checks and she was incredibly considerate.
