My cat was spade, we were kept up to date with her wellbeing and the operation site was very neat and clean.
When we went to collect her the assistant was cuddling her and making a fuss of her which was very nice to see.

Overall, a great service, albeit expensive. The staff were lovely with my old girl, as she an extremely nervous dog when visiting the vets.
